Denver Tippit, president, and owner of Tippit Homes, Inc. has been building hundreds of “spec” and custom homes in this Central Texas area since 2004. At present, Tippit Homes, Inc. is constructing homes in these subdivisions: Three Creeks in Belton, The Reserve at Pea Ridge in Temple, Warriors Legacy in Nolanville, Settlers Pass in Killeen, and his hometown of Gatesville. Denver believes that liveability begins in the design phase; corroborating with his architect Lee Mitchell, each floorplan is reviewed and scrutinized to maximize every square foot of living area to provide the most benefit to the home buyer.

During the construction phase, all Tippit Homes are inspected by appropriate city inspectors; Denver also welcomes independent inspectors who his clients may want to utilize.

Denver was raised in Gatesville, where he, his wife Marlena, and their 4 children still reside. His homebuilding career began shortly after graduation from Carlton State University with a degree in Business Administration and Management. Denver is also a successful cattle rancher on his family’s ranch. A devoted family man, Denver coaches Little League teams and is very involved in his children’s sport and extracurricular activities.
